My Personal Journey

My personal Journey to being head baker has stemmed from my upbringing of being from a catering background having a family-owned Indian restaurant in the midlands.

My passion for baking led me to pursue different avenues to cookery such as exploring east meets west culinary delicatesses. In recent years, my passion for this has grown to explore other cultures as well as having a personal desire to evoke childhood memories whilst eating favourite cakes creating a nostalgic feeling.
